The beginning of a new path

Today, I'm embarking on a new journey down memory lane.  I've been extremely lucky so far in my life and have managed to travel around the United States extensively.  When I was younger I was always amazed at the places I saw and the people I met.  I almost always took pen to paper and wrote little blurbs of wonderment at everything I saw.

So, starting today, I'm going to dig up these little blurbs and refine them.  Make them into something a lot more interesting.  And you get to take this little trip down memory lane with me.  

From here on out, I will be posting one poem every Saturday morning, and through my poetry revisit all fifty states!
